The headdress arrived Wednesday. It is very beautiful and Elliot just adores it. He wore it for ages admiring himself and being admired. I am really sorry that it has caused you so much anguish and expense. I hope that the one that has gone astray is returned to you.
Thank you for all your help and support in addressing the issue. Please be assured that if we require another such articles or related items you will be our first reference point and we will recommend you to anyone who may have a similar requirement.
Once again thank you very much from a very satisfied customer.
Best wishes, Philip and Elliot.
