Candles and Adobe Sand Candles

=================================
Candles, Adobe sand candle, southwest candles Candles are all sand cast using native sand gathered from a high mesa in New Mexico. We use only the highest quality of wax with no additives other than dye. Every candle is unique in that they are completely hand carved, thus no two are exactly alike. Each candle is individually signed by the artist.

When your candle is lit, the light will shine through the windows. After the candle has burned down about 3/4 of the way, a well will be formed that is large enough for a votive candle. Place the votive candle in the well and enjoy your candle again and again. Candles are unscented.

The chili ristra has a long tradition in the Southwest. In the fall of the year, chile ripens and turns red. They are gathered and tied in bunches called ristras. The ristras are hung from vigas (beams) of adobe houses where they are left to dry in the sun. The ristras are used throughout the winter as a spicy additive for cooking.

Candles are not the only items that we offer at the Cowboy and Lady, we have a large selection of Native American Indian Arts and Crafts including Indian Headdress, Zuni Fetishes, Indian pottery, Kachina Dolls, Indian Flute music, Navajo Sand Paintings and a lot more from Native American Indian Artist of the Southwest.
